Payment Policy
We accept payments via EFT (Bank Transfer/Electronic Funds Transfer) and via PayFast. No order will be shipped until we’ve received full payment. We do not store card information. Kindly read more about your card safety on the PayFast website by clicking here.
Shipping Policy
We ship all orders via The Courier Guy. We will provide you with a tracking number, and you’ll be able to track your shipment via The Courier Guy website. Shipping may take 1-2 days for clients in Gauteng, and 2-5 days for clients outside of Gauteng.
Our website uses a shipping calculator that calculates your shipping rate based on the weight and dimensions of your order. In rare cases we may need to apply additional fees.
Return, Refunds & Exchange Policy
We will replace products that are faulty. We will exchange incorrect products only if they are returned to us in an unused condition. Products need to be returned to us in its original undamaged packaging. Shipping costs will be for the client’s account.
